Nyall Engfield, Esq. is a California‑registered trademark attorney with over 15 years of dedicated experience in trademark law. Before practicing law, Nyall worked as an electrical engineer after graduating from the University of Waterloo.
He then earned his law degree from the University of Calgary, finishing on the Dean's List and spending his final year at the University of Ottawa specializing in intellectual property law. Nyall practiced in Ontario, Canada before founding a respected local firm in San Diego, California.
