Nyall Engfield is the founder of TrademarKraft, a U.S. trademark law practice serving brand owners across the country. His practice focuses exclusively on trademarks, with particular depth in TTAB oppositions and cancellations, USPTO Office Action responses, statement-of-use filings, abandoned-application revivals, Section 8/9/15 maintenance, and comprehensive clearance.
Before law, Nyall trained as an electrical engineer — a background that informs how he approaches trademark prosecution and TTAB litigation: methodically, with an emphasis on the underlying record and the specific evidence the decision-maker actually weighs. He is a Dean's List graduate with a specialization in intellectual property law.
He personally oversees every matter the firm handles. Clients work with him from the first email through the final disposition — and remain accessible to him throughout the year, not just when deadlines arrive.
